Preparing for Completion/Possession
After all subjects have been removed you have to immediately
attend to:

If you haven't already, you must choose
a lawyer or notary.

Contact Michael with your lawyer or notary information. |
| 3) |
Inform your lending institution of your lawyer or notary. |

Inform your lawyer or notary of your lending
institution. |
After all subjects have been removed you have to attend
to before completion:

Prepare to make payment on the completion
day. Finalize your mortgage and make your down payment
available.

Ask Michael why it is beneficial to speak with
a financial planner about the mortgage. |

Get home or fire insurance prior to the completion date.
When you go to your insurance company, bring the mls data
sheet and/or the inspection report. This will help the
insurer understand the details of your home. |

Of course you must prepare to move. |
Completion Day:
In preparation for the completion day, your lawyer and the
seller's lawyer will prepare documents to register the mortgage
and arrange to transfer the title of the property to you.
The mortgage money will be transferred to your lawyer's trust
account. Just before closing day you will meet with your lawyer
to sign the final documents. Your lawyer will have a detailed
list of all the expenses incurred.
Possession Day:
Michael will let you know in advance when and where he will
give you the keys. After receiving the keys, you are ready
to move into your new home.
