After the appointments have been made, we are ready to view the homes

For each home to be viewed, Michael will give you an information sheet with space to write your own comments about each home. This is highly recommended so, you will not forget any important detail of each home you see. Insert the sheets into a binder or the Home Purchaser's Manual supplied by Michael.

This process continues until you have found a home you would like to purchase. Then the next step is to prepare an offer.
