Working Towards a Firm Offer

In order to achieve a firm offer, all conditions of the offer must be removed, which is fulfilling all of the subjects in the offer within the required timeframe. Your responsibility as a seller will of course depend on the conditions of the offer. But, in general you will have to:

1) Have your home available for a home inspector to check your home for the purchasers.
2) Fill out the Property Disclosure Statement, if you haven't already.
3) Fulfill any conditions, or subject to's, for your benefit.
4) If necessary, sign an addendum to the contract removing all conditions. Michael will provide this documentation when necessary.

Once all conditions have been removed you will have a firm offer, in other words a binding contract.
