Dear Ms. Cora Toth,
We should have written this letter to you some time ago.
But for some reasons it has been postponed till today. The
purpose of this letter is to commend Mr. Michael Kuramoto,
one of realtor rep in your company.
My wife, daughter and I moved to Vancouver in 1997. After
a couple of year of dreaming and preparing, we started to
look at real estate market at the end of 2001. This is first
time we were going to purchase our own home, we know it would
mean a lot in our immigrant life. We collected information
from relatives, friends and market. We talked to some reps
of big real estate companies. One day when we were checking
internet, we accidentally found Mr. Michael Kuramoto's web
site. We were attracted by its vivid design, its affluent
and useful information. We gave Michael a call immediately
and established contacts with him.
First time when we met Michael, we were impressed by his
courtesy, enthusiasm and professional knowledge in real estate
affairs. From then on, base upon our special requests, Michael
provided us with a lot of information of house market, he
picked us up from time to time to view townhouses and condos
which we were interested in. Not only did he showed different
places to us, he also educated us how to judge a place, hot
finance, how to……..
I remember, one time after we viewed a place with Michael,
we were very comfortable with it. When my wife and I were
talking about it in that suite, Michael disappeared. About
20 minutes later Michael showed up and brought all detail
answers to our questions and concerns even though we had not
brought them out yet. We were so surprised and asked where
he had been, he said he knocked a couple of neighbors' door
and chattered with them to make sure this was a good place.
We were very happy about his understanding and carefulness
to the client's needs. Under Michael's help, we finally found
the right place for us. On the completion day, Michael brought
his wife and their months old baby to our new home to express
their congratulations. Actually they were the first guests
to come to celebrate our purchase.
Nothing can we say to describe our thankfulness to Mr. Michael
Kuramoto. What we like Michael is his way to respect customer,
never mislead or push customer other than give professional
suggestions and kind advices. What especially moved us is
after we moved into the new place, Michael called us to see
everything is OK. We feel he do care us. There are a lot of
other reasons why we like Michael.
We'd like to say we are lucky that we chose a right realtor,
not just realtor, probably a life-long friend. No doubt, we
will recommend Michael to my friends and relatives.
